Sarah Paslay,  Principal

Sarah Paslay is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Pfeiffer University and a Master's from UNC Pembroke. She taught high school science at West Iredell High School before serving as an instructional/content coach for eight years. Sarah than became an assistant principal for two years and is now a principal. 
She is supported by her husband Bryan, and their two high school-aged children, who are active in athletics and involved in the local school community.

MISSION: Together, Third Creek Middle will grow by preparing , engaging and empowering students through a culture of learning to be productive citizens.

Daniel Camp, Assistant Principal 

Daniel Camp is an accomplished educator and dedicated military serviceman. He earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina Agriculture and Technicals University (NC A&T) and completed a Master's in School Administration at the University of Cambridge. Daniel began his career teaching Exceptional Children for four years, where he demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting students with diverse needs. After obtaining his master's degree he made significant contributions to the educational system through his expertise in school administration. 
Alongside his educational career, Daniel serves in the United States Military, showcasing his dedication to both his country and his profession.   Known for his strong leadership and versatility, Daniel has positively impacted the lives of many students and educators. His journey is a testament to his resilience, passion for education and unwavering dedication to service.
